1. General Eligibility for Returns

1.2 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, depending on the Vendor’s policy, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically not eligible for returns:
•Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
•Intimate or personal hygiene products.
•Customized or personalized items.
•Downloadable digital products.
•Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1.Log in to your AiPay Mart account.
2.Go to “My Orders” and select the item to be returned.
3.Provide a reason for the return and upload any supporting images (if applicable).
4.Submit the request within the eligible return period.
3.2 Return Authorization
•Once your return request is approved by the Vendor, you will receive an authorization email with instructions.
•In some cases, the Vendor may arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back.
3.3 Shipping Costs
•Return shipping costs are covered by the Vendor only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
•For other reasons, the Buyer may bear the shipping costs.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:
•The product is returned and verified as eligible.
•The product is not delivered within the promised time frame.
•The product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
4.2 Refund Process
•Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved by the Vendor.
•Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
4.3 Deductions
•If the product is returned without original packaging or missing accessories, a partial refund may be issued.
•Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee if specified by the Vendor.
5. Replacement Policy
5.1 Replacements are provided if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
5.2 Replacement requests must be initiated within the return window and are subject to product availability.
5.3 If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
6.2 To cancel an order, contact us immediately through your account or email us at customercare@aipaymart.com.
6.3 If the order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once received.
7. Vendor-Specific Policies

8. Damaged or Defective Products
8.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or videos as evidence.
8.2 The Vendor will assess the damage and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund.
